DAY 01: Home—Arrival in Marrakech – 

DAY O2: Departure read mountain biking by Minibus, direction Demnate 110 kms. Stop for a mint tea, then continue to natural bridge  IMIN IFRI, preparation our bikes, lunch , an assistance van which transports, our campement  equipment, our food, our tents and kitchen equipment ; our cook will go ahead of us on the steps to prepare meals , for us in advance. We  bike start pedaling towards IMIN Ouakka Alt 1900 m. The start at the day stage , is asphalt, the rest is a mountain track, dinner, night in a tent. Duration: 3 hours of mountain biking / approximately 42 km with a positive and negative elevation gain of approximately 200 m .

DAY O3  We leave around 8h30., breakfast will be served around 7 a.m., a biking and climbing path, crossing a few Berber villages, we cross the Tirghist pass 2390m with its Neolithic rock gravings then ‘’Ait Mzal’’, we descend towards the large village ABACHKOU, our lunch point in the Ait Bouillis ,valley near the bridge leading to the TAZEGZAOUTE valley then continuation towards the beautiful villages  IGHIR N IKHERRAZEN then Guersif where we climb again about 300m to finally reach the valley called (Happy valley), ait Bouguemez, by the villages Agouti- ISKATAFEN where we spend our route: 43 km / positive elevation 500 m and negative 600 m.

DAY 04 We bike along the beautiful valley of Ait Bouguemez to the village IFRANE then our path, a track climbs leaving on the right the summit Azourki 3700m then we cross the Tirghist pass which takes us down towards the transhumant camp of ASSEMSOUQ 2300m second high village in Morocco , lunch at the spring, then we climb to the Col, without any possibility  water point, cross the ILLISSI pass 2600m, panoramic view of the AROUDANE mountains 3600m, then long descent towards the old Zaouiat Ahansal, ancient village Marabout, night right next to the village ZAOUIAT AHANSAL (AMEZRAI). Road : 56 km / positive elevation 1300 m and negative 1100 m.

DAY O5 and 06 We are preparing for a good, sporty and strong day, at all levels, Sporty and superb discoveries of very beautiful landscapes of forests, rocky cliffs, we climb gently to the ore of Tazoult, then long descent to the famous Cathedral of Rocks, midday lunch next to the bridge, then a stony track, plunges us into a setting of gorges, rocks, green oak and pine forest, several villages before reaching the valley ASSIF N MELLOUL, our camp will be installed just before Anergui village,Raod : 75km / positive high 550 m and negative 500 m.

  DAY O7 Another very very beautiful wild stage, very little frequented, it is often difficult to access by 4X4, but that does not prevent you from increasing your efforts, especially as you are in better shape to climb better, a stage for discovering , beautiful mountain landscapes , as well as beautiful Berber villages very remote from any civilization, we climb a good part of the morning from Anergui to the ROUD N IROULE pass 2480m, then fairly regular descent through a forest , pine and juniper to the village of TASRAFTE 2000m, then at TISSENT our camp will be set up towards IMILCHIL. Route: 50km / positive elevation 1000 m and negative 600 m

DAY O8 We cycle a few kilometers to exit towards the TIZIN ISLI road-direction El Ksiba and our car will take us back to Marrakech, night at the hotel with half board. Road: 30 km of mountain bike / 400 km of car

DAY 09 : Transfer to the airport.
