The kasbah is built of adobe, a material making the housing typical and ecological. the roofs of the rooms are made of white poplar wood and reeds. the interior decoration was carried out by local craftsmen. Rammed earth also helps keep freshness and heat inside, which avoids overconsumption of heating and air conditioning. The meals are homemade and organic. Food comes from the farm and local producers. The farm makes goat cheese and wedge and apricot jam. organic spices from the region season the dishes.

Miss Rose Rooms ecologique is a small farm located near the Dades Gorges and the Rose Valley. It has five rooms, including 4 in a small house in the middle of the garden, and one Troglodyte. The Kasbah’s air-conditioned rooms are decorated in traditional Berber style, and each has its own private bathroom.
Two communal lounges are available for meals. Kasbah Miss rose (the former name of the accommodation) in the nomadic Amazigh language means ‘a place where life is good and relaxing’. You’ll be welcomed with traditional mint tea and cookies.
